When: Mondays @ 6:00pm, beginning August 30th
The Book of Ezekiel is one of the most intriguing books in the entire Bible. It was written during one of the darkest hours in Israel's history, yet it gives significant revelation into events that will transpire at the end of the age. Many people shy away from this book, believing it to be too difficult to comprehend. Yet, with a few foundational tools, it is surprising how simple the prophet's message actually is to understand. Those who are willing to peer into this great prophetic book will not only learn about historical and end-time events, but will also find themselves face-to-face with the very mysteries of God.
Sermon on the MountInstructor: Jamie Burns Pridgen
When: Tuesdays @ 6:00pm, beginning August 31st
Matthew 5-7 has come to be known as the Sermon on the Mount. In this sermon, Jesus establishes the culture of His Kingdom and identifies the characteristics of "normal Christianity." He defines the core realities that all those who desire to be citizens of His Kingdom must embrace in this life. Though the Sermon on the Mount is one of the most popular teachings of Jesus, few take the time to study it out and fewer still obey it. In this class, we will thoroughly investigate Jesus' teachings regarding the value system of His Kingdom as established in the Sermon on the Mount and their application to our daily life. We will explore the values of giving, fasting, prayer, servanthood, forgiveness, meekness and resisting the spirit of this age.
Foundations of the Tabernacle of DavidInstructor: Chad Swift
When: Wednesdays @ 6:00pm, beginning September 1st
According to Scripture, every believer is called into an everlasting priesthood. What does it mean to be a priest? How are we to live in this life as priests of God? What is the continuing role of priests in the ages to come? Answering such questions, by developing a priestly paradigm, is vital to us all. In this first study, we'll explore the origins and the development of the priesthood from a Hebraic perspective. The course begins with the prophetic significance of the Tabernacle of Moses and continues into a particular focus on the priestly ministry in the Tabernacle of David. We'll delve into the particular functions of prophetic musicians and singers, as well as the gatekeepers. This foundational study offers significant keys for serving in the modern day House of Prayer. Discover the high privilege and charge that you have in Yeshua, our Eternal High Priest.
Fellowshipping with the Holy SpiritInstructors: Ben Melancon and Chris Guzzardo
When: Thursdays @ 6:00pm, beginning September 2nd
In this class, we will focus on how we can practically fellowship with God through the Holy Spirit, as He is the One who reveals Jesus to us. We will look into the different ways the Lord gives us in Scripture to seek Him with our whole heart and to experience His nearness to us. We will also give some insight into the importance of abiding in Jesus Christ.
