Gatekeeper School of MinistryGatekeeper School of Ministry is a part-time ministry school focused on equipping forerunners with urgency for the hour and intimacy with God. Intimacy and urgency release profound conviction for the necessity of night and day worship and prayer. Students are challenged to approach the Word of God with a collegiate academic zeal, while maintaining a devotional spirit bathed in the atmosphere of 24/7 worship and intercession. In this unique environment, revelation of the Word goes deep into the heart, affecting life change and causing the student to grow in the knowledge of God. When: Tuesdays @ 6:00pm, beginning January 10th
 
The goal of this class is to call believers into an experiential knowledge of the love of God. In this session, we will explore the Bible's foundational truths that direct us into intimacy with God. Each class will declare a different facet of the intimacy message that will lead our hearts into a greater understanding of the love God has for us. We will survey a broad range of topics from Genesis to Revelation that depict the affections of God as Father and Jesus as Bridegroom. We will study God's tender dealings with His people in the midst of their weakness and immaturity. Each class will incorporate times of teaching with worship and ministry.
Developing the Prophetic MinistryInstructor: Hazen Stevens
When: Wednesdays @ 6:00pm, beginning January 11th
At its core, this class will be about friendship with God. We will explore how to express our love for Him and love others through the gift of prophecy. Practically, we will study the new testament models of the prophetic ministry from the life of Jesus and the Book of Acts. We will also learn how to grow in the gift of prophecy through hands-on exercises. This class will teach you how to interpret and apply prophetic revelation, to administrate and steward prophetic words, and to grow in intimacy by hearing God's voice and feeling His emotions.

CalendarEncounter Service2/5/2012 10:00am - 12:30pmThe IHOP Atlanta Encounter Service is held twice weekly, on Sundays at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Each service incorporates prophetic worship, Biblical teaching, prayer, and ministry times. Each service is geared to call individuals to a depth of the knowledge of God, intimacy with Jesus, urgency for the hour, and the Sermon on the Mount lifestyle. Through proclamation and impartation, each service is focused on providing a place for encounter with God for the individual, as well as generating a shift in the spiritual atmosphere over the city of Atlanta. Immediately following the service, there is an Information meeting for anyone desiring more information regarding IHOP Atlanta. Prophecy Rooms2/5/2012 4:30pm - 5:30pmAt IHOP Atlanta, we desire to encourage and strengthen believers through the prophetic ministry. We have prophecy teams that are trained to hear the heart of the Lord for people and to minister His words of encouragement, edification, and exhortation (1 Cor 14:3). It is our prayer that believers will be strengthened in their faith and have a clearer understanding of how God feels and thinks about them after receiving ministry in the prophecy rooms. If you desire to encounter God's love for you in practical way, we encourage you to sign up for a ministry time in our prophecy rooms. The prophecy rooms are going to be open on Fridays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 4:30-5:30. Appointments can be made 15 minutes prior. They are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Appointments typically last 10 minutes and are recorded for your convenience. Global Bridegroom Fast2/6/2012 to 2/8/2012The Global Bridegroom Fast is a monthly, solemn assembly of believers all over the globe in unified holy abandonment to Jesus for three days. We are calling believers worldwide to join together in unified prayer and fasting for revival motivated by experiencing love for Jesus. This is not simply an event, but a new lifestyle in the grace of God. Anyone in any place can participate in the Global Bridegroom Fast. At IHOP Atlanta, we set aside these three days as corporate fasting days for anyone who wants to participate.
Staff Intercession Meeting2/7/2012 4:00pm - 6:00pmTuesday is a designated prayer and fasting day for IHOP Atlanta staff and family. We have scheduled intercession meetings at 10 a.m., 4 p.m., 8 p.m., and midnight. We ask that all staff make it a priority to attend the weekly Tuesday 4 p.m. intercession meeting, as this is the one time weekly that we come together as a community for worship and intercession. Full-time staff are required to attend the 4 p.m. and an additional intercession meeting on Tuesday. Part-time staff are required to attend only the 4 p.m. intercession meeting.
