OneThing AtlantaThe OneThing Conference is held for three days each summer. IHOP Atlanta hosts this conference in conjunction with a conference team from IHOP-KC, led by Dwayne Roberts. The focus of this conference is to call young adults to live for the OneThing that’s needed in life; intimacy with God. The OneThing conference is geared to enable young adults to walk in the fullness of their calling as the Bride of Christ, to have profound knowledge of the hour in which they live, and to provide them with practical tools of how to walk in holiness and righteousness in the midst of a wicked and perverse generation. The mandate of this conference is to call young adults to radical abandonment to God in the revelation of love unto living a “Sermon on the Mount” lifestyle. |

The Gospel was and is first for the Jew, then for the gentile. We will consider the whole gospel in its context through biblical and historical study, looking at the centrality and purpose of Israel in the heart of God. We will also examine the relationship of the Gentile church and the Jews, as well as investigate the emergence of the Gentile church out of the first century ecclesia. In addition, we will look at modern Israel and the role of the Jews in the End Times and throughout the Millennial Reign. This course is aimed to impart fresh revelation and passion for God's chosen people, Israel and to equip believers to better minister to the Jewish people. Each service is geared to call individuals to a depth of the knowledge of God, intimacy with Jesus, urgency for the hour, and the Sermon on the Mount lifestyle. Through proclamation and impartation, each service is focused on providing a place for encounter with God for the individual, as well as generating a shift in the spiritual atmosphere over the city of Atlanta. Immediately following the service, there is an Information meeting for anyone desiring more information regarding IHOP Atlanta. GSM: The Attributes of God3/15/2010 6:00pm - 8:00pmOne of the most neglected topics in Christianity is the subject of who God is. Many run to and fro, trying to figure out what God wants them to do, but never take the time to get to know God personally. A.W. Tozer notes that when we worship our own idea of who God is, rather than worshiping God as He really is, we are committing idolatry. This class will focus on uncovering what God has revealed to us about His nature. In pursuit of a true knowledge of God, we will explore the different facets of God's character as revealed in the Bible. |
